Fire of Adullam

    What is YWAM Gadeok and i2i DTS?

    YWAM is short for Youth With a Mission. It is a Christian organisation where young people are trained and are then sent out into the world to share the Gospel, worldwide. We are a YWAM base in Gadeok, a small island near Busan, South Korea. For the last 3 months we have been growing deeper in intimacy with God and now we are going to the nations for two months to impacts others with the intimacy we have found in Him.

    Where are we going?

    We are going to 5 of the Ru islands!We saw a wave moving back and forth between Japan and Korea, and then spreading toy cover all of Southeast Asia and eventually the world.

    We are the Fire of Adullam! We carry the unity, restoration, and peace that the cave of Adullam represented—a home for the lost, broken, and outcast. As light-bearers and warriors of God, we carry the joy of God as a fire that spreads, and we follow the leading and guidance of the Holy Spirit's flame.

“David therefore departed from there and escaped to the cave of Adullam. So when his brothers and all his father’s house heard it, they went down there to him. And everyone who was in distress, everyone who was in debt, and everyone who was discontented gathered to him. So he became captain over them. And there were about four hundred men with him.”

 Prayer Requests

  • Please pray that we can fully live out the identity we received from God as the Fire of Adullam in Japan.

  • Please pray for the unity of our team that we can walk in unconditional love for one another and express that to others.

  • We also need much more support! We have 4 students who need to pay 5,500,000# each and 4 staff who need to pay 4,500,000# each.

    Please spread our prayer letter far and wide so that we can receive the support needed to go and follow God's voice!
